>>   David Dolan  SHALOM!   Below is this month’s Israel news and analysis report, which focuses on Foreign Minister’s Tzipi Livni’s failure to form a new coalition government, meaning Israel is heading to fresh elections early next year.  Late reports say the date will probably February 10.  The news that Israel is heading for a national vote was confirmed by President Shimon Peres today.
